The ash catcher plays a pivotal role in anyone’s water-pipe line up, with the ability to fit on more than one piece and the benefit of having a smaller easier piece to clean that takes the brunt of the abuse it’s often the first advantageous purchase a newbie boro-nut makes… us included.
This ashcatcher in question was hand crafted by the california by 2012 BC, one of the newest and hottest brands on the scene today. Other than their over the top quality 2012 BC is known for their brand re-haul every year, changing the number before the initals B.C. on each tube (next year will be 2013 BC). Sporting a worked, 32 precision cut gridded diffuser for optimal diffusion power this “borosilicate wolverine” will be sure to make an easy lunch of any ash or dirtyness you have to throw at it.
Measuring 7 1/2in tall and weighing in at just over 11 ounces this piec eis perfect for any stemless tube owners or any other piece with a downstem that allows the diffuser to sit parallel. Or you could do what I did with my Toro ash catcher and have a custom adapter built for it so it can be used as a bubbler!
